Community Rules
1. 18+ community recommendation
-Ashes of Apex is intended to be an 18+ community to help maintain a mature environment and allow for more effective moderation.
2. Respect the realm and its inhabitants.
-Treat all players with respect.
-Harassment, discrimination, threats, stalking, doxxing, or personal attacks (verbal, written, or implied) are zero-tolerance offenses.
-Hate speech, slurs, bullying, and targeting individuals or groups for ridicule or exclusion are strictly prohibited.
3. No server promotions.
-This includes screenshots, messages, or events from other communities that are unrelated to Ashes of Apex.
4. No NSFW or explicit content.
-No sexually explicit, suggestive, obscene messages, depictions of violence, or other graphic content in usernames, emojis, memes, jokes, links, or images.
-NSFW material is prohibited in all channels, including voice channels.
5. Respect Staff and no mini-modding.
-Do not argue, lecture, or attempt to discipline another player. If escalation is needed, open a ticket so staff can handle it appropriately.
-Concerns or disagreements with staff decisions must be discussed privately through tickets.
-Do not impersonate staff.
6. Reporting and evidence:
-Reports are handled through Discord tickets with recorded proof whenever possible.
-Reports are still encouraged even without documentation; staff will investigate patterns of behavior and monitor repeat offenders.
-Public discussion or gossip about reports is not allowed. All matters must stay within the ticket system.
Gameplay Rules
1. No mixed-diet packing and no overpacking.
-Omnivores must pack with creatures of their default diet.
-No teaming up with other groups if it exceeds pack limits.
2. No third party
-Creatures may not directly interfere in ongoing combat encounters they are not involved in.
-You cannot assist, defend, or otherwise intervene in combat on behalf of any player or group outside of your current in-game group.
-Players can attack other players or a group that has recently ended combat.
3. No grouping mid-combat
-Groups must be formed before or after a fight, not during.
4. No targeting, harassment, or repeatedly hunting the same players
-Harassment includes spam calling, intimidation, or verbal personal attacks in chat.
5. No arguing or accusing rule breaks in global chat.
-Players who ignore this rule will be muted by staff.
Ashes of Apex Survival is built around fair play and good-faith gameplay. Not every situation can be covered by written rules, so staff may address exploits, loopholes, or disruptive behavior as needed. Staff rulings are based on the intent of the rules and are final.
Don’t be a problem, and you won’t have a problem.
